  • Why do you have to be a member to use the service?

    We do this for two reasons. The first is that it helps to ensure the safety of our team because we get to know our customers. Secondly, since we do get to know more about our clients than conventional taxi services, we can provide services that are more tailored and personalised to their needs. We care about each of our customers and getting to know them as members helps us provide better services.

  • Do you have cars for hire that I can drive myself?

    No. Our services are for transport with a driver. Our cars are comfortable late model cars and our drivers are trained to get you to where you need to go as quickly and safely as possible. We don’t have cars for hire as a separate service.

  • Why do people use your service?

    We can provide rides to virtually anywhere you need to go throughout the Southern Highlands. This includes supermarkets, doctor’s appointments, aged care facilities, visiting friends, running errands and more. We also offer wedding transport, airport transport and driving tours for groups, regardless of size.

  • What if I have special needs (disability, young children, etc…).

    We have vehicles specifically tailored to meet these needs. We have a van with wheelchair lift access, larger buses that seat as many as 27 people, child safety restraints and more. If you have special requests, we can discuss those when we make your appointment.
